no skipping the cue like they say.....

<p>I am a big fan of online shopping and the convenience it brings. EBay is easy to use and trustworthy. Recently a friend recommended Mr Price online for swimwear that I wanted. I registered made my purchase and send it via branch to branch to the Gezina store in Michael Brink street Pretoria. This was on the 21st of Dec 2016. Needless to say the website says this will take 2to3 Days 4 at most....... Today is the 29 of December and I still dont have my item. I have driven to the branch twice only to find out that the courier is not there. The first time I went there I stood in the online order que so long before anyone noticed me....... But you can skip the line they say .... Then I was advised that the courier might only come the following week. I tried calling the branch yesterday not waste my time but their phone rings to end. No one picks up and it goes to fax every 3rd attempt. Finally I gave up and drove there again yesterday the 28th. But to my amazement my parcel is not there. I am contemplating in asking for a refund but their online store does not even properly work so I will probably wait till 2017. Besides this that store is always unruly and untidy with clothes lying everywhere shoes sprawled out on the floor. I personally hate going there but thought hey, I can just skip the que and fetcht my item when its delivered. But look where that got me. Thanks Mr Price I will probably not have my swimwear for our new years party!!!!at least with eBay I know I will wait a month. No hidden **** with them. That's why local is not always so lekker hey?
