No Service from Mr Price Online.

Mr Price online support service is disappointing! I phoned their customer service since yesterday, and was transferred from one consultant to another. I had to hold on anything between 8 to 15 minutes for assistance and to date my issue has not been sorted out because I was put on hold again, only to hang on realizing that the person on the other side wasn't going to pick up the call again.
