No service from Mr Price KeyWest

We try to get hold of KeyWest Mr Price for the past two weeks. No one awnser there phones. Then we phones customer care they putt us frow to them and again no one awnser the phone. Custemer care say they will let them know to phone us back, but till today no one phone us. No service at all.
