No service from Accounts department!

<p>i have queried my account with two help desk already and all i get is my statements back.</p> <p>My online web account differs hugely from the statement on email and after stopping to buy on my account , I found the balance increase . Just no response . Are they keeping to accounting systems ?</p> <p>I get no reply on email and are not not using my airtime ...</p>
