No service

Previous I had a bad experience with mr price.today I got a message to go pick up my new card from the store and go with your ID so I thought cool.so I was waiting in the que.finally after 20 min the first till is ready for me.she then ask me how can I help you?show her the sms I received from mr price,so calls her colleagues and ask her about picking up the store card,she then answer we don’t have that facility here in mr Capricorn,but every were you look they are advertising how to apply for credit at mr price,I am guessing that there is to much work,getting a store card.So i phone mr price and spoke to the consultant who helped me,she was listening to my complaint and then we got cut off or she put the phone down.do you think they will call back.great service,they just gave me a R300 voucher which I can’t use
