No service at mr Price!!!

Saturday, 3 october. Month end in mr Price Vaal mall. A double row of people as far as what your eye could see right to the back of the store waiting to pay at only 3 tills that has cashiers operating it. I asked for the manager, was told there is only an assistant manager. They called him in the intercom system probably 6 times, i left the store and the goods after about 15min as he never came out of the back office. How pathetic is this!!!!
