No service at all just frustration

I paid up my account Mr Price added financial products monthly, I cancelled my account. They still continue to add financial charges monthly and I have now got a sms (after various calls to them and emails) to say that they have handed me over. What does a person have to do to speak to someone that will reverse the fees and close my account. I want nothing more to do with them and wouldn't recommend taking an account out with them
