no service and rude

Went into the Mr price today at 18:50 after being told that they close at 7pm picked the things that I wanted and there was only one till working,I had to wait to be served while at the the other tellers were busy fixing the shop,when my turn came I asked them why they close all the tills whole there are customers in the shop and asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was not in but in could speak to the assistant manager called Dikeledi she had an attitude for days even chewing gum...she was not apologetic but made excused for the bad service I had received...I was shocked and saw it pointless for me to even carry the convo even further as I was not getting anywhere,if that is the service one gets from the assistant manager I cannot expect anything better from the rest of the crew . it was disgusting to say the least
