No service and no feedback

I have tried to resolve and get feedback regarding my query, in a manner which does not bring this situation into the spotlight. I have logged a call directly with Mr Price, but this was closed a day later and noted as resolved, regardless of the matter still not being resolved.

I had a incident at a local Mr Price store. I was not quite happy but could understand the stance they took. I have raised the matter with the HO, to get more clarity and get to a place where we are all sorted. The call logged was attended to by a helpdesk person, Sthembile Gumbi. He noted, a area manager would call me to discuss the matter. The call was then closed and no one has called me.

I would really like Mr Price to attend to and sort this matter.
