No Service

I was in his store over a week ago to exchange a bathe top, they didn't have any as usual so I told him to get one in, he called other stores and found a store that has one in the size needed. He said it will take a week to get to them and he'd phone when it's there (person will swear it's coming from Joburg!). It's now over a week and NOTHING!!! His security even laughed at a person, taking people for fools, told him to sort his security out which I suppose he hasn't seeing he can't even do his job and do what he sid he'd do!!!! This is your people's service that we should expect??? Tanya ***
