No Security customers not safe

On Sunday afternoon the 01 February 2015, my cell phone was ****** out of my bag, the shop was busy and stock as usual was lying all over the floor especially the shoes. I was looking for a size when i was bumped into and my cell phone ******. I immediately reported it to security at the door, but she said there was nothing she could do as i did not see who took it and when i asked about the security cameras i was told there were none. She said it must be a new ***** as she knows all the old *******. I was left terrible upset, this was a brand new cell phone,. No one even offered to call the manager and i left feeling terrible and that Mr Price does not care about its customers.
