No response to their emails...

I recently had to pay my account TWICE within 5 days simply because the payment I made the first did not reflect on their system. They kept sending me messages to pay my account on time whereas I had already paid, leaving me with no option but to pay again. Now I have been sending countless emails letting them know of my double payments and still have not received any reply.

I'm so dissapointed as this has never happened whenever I pay my account. I have never had a problem with Mr price until now.
