No Response to my name change request
About a month ago I spoke to a lady at Mr Price head office to change my name on my account as my account details are not correct. She said that I must visit my nearest Mr Price branch with a copy of my id and complete a request to correct my name that they must fax to head office which I did at Middelburg Mall (Mpumulanga). Yesterday I received two sms's with my name still as DEBRAH and not DEIRDRE. Can this be fixed now pleases as the request was done at the branch and people not doing their job properly.
