No response to customer queries

<p>i have contacted mr price group via email on the 5th/06/2017 needing to make temporary payment arrangements for my account. two days later i got an email : </p> <p>Hi Miss .............</p> <p>I am forwarding your query to our accounts department who will contact you directly.</p> <p>Regards<br /> Mr Price Customer Care.</p> <p>untill todaay 21/06/2017 no one has contacted me. and what i know is if i do not pay or pay the less amount i am gonna be hauted with unending calls from Mr price.</p> <p>agh maan, this is too bad. </p>
