If I could give a zero star I would! Still waiting for their fra*d department to get back to me since 23 Nov 2022. Fra*d committed on my Sheet Street account in Cape Town (Parow) whilst I’m residing in Gauteng with the card in my possession. My account was fully paid-up for a very long time. We are at the end of July 2023 and still no response. I already logged previous complaint on Hello Peter dated 11 July 23, but Mr. Price fr*ud department are ignoring me like a stop street.
