NO RESPONSE - ONLINE ORDER NOT DELIVERED
I placed an order online on the 23rd of April and to date have not received the order. I have emailed the help Centre on numerous occasions and to date they are yet to afford me the courtesy of a response. This is terrible customer service and unacceptable. I had 1 mail requesting my number BY Owami Ngcobo and still nothing - they still had the audacity to send a mail saying issue is resolved. I want my order or i want a refund!
