No response and no credit note!

I have send a query back on the 10th of April 2019 regarding order number *** that I have NEVER received and that I would please like a credit note on my statement. This is unacceptable to me that Mr Price take almost 5 month and not getting back to me. Order number *** was ordered on 05/02/2019 and NOTHING has been happening.

With the following reference numbers: * 459770 * 463309 * 468040

For me this is unacceptable of Mr Price to not get back to a client, but just keeps on sending the statement every month and keep on charging interest on something that I never received.

That a client has to wait 5 months with no service delivery is so bad or Mr Price.
