No response after numerous queries logged
I have had an issue on my account for the past month and each time i log a query they reply saying it's rooted to another department and the query gets closed and no feedback gets received. How do i go about resolving this issue. An order of R385,99 had never been processed after a system glitch and there is no record of the order online however i was still charged this amount on my account.
