no response

Last month I received my statement showing that Mrprice owes me a R1200 as I overpaid the account. After sending an email to the general query email address I never received any feedback. I went in store at Zevenwagcht mall were the lady in store called the head office and said they I could either take goods instore to the value or what was due to me or they can pay it into my bank account. On the 2nd Dec I sent all my details through as per their request and also requested that my account be closed. Two weeks has gone by an still no response nor a read receipt was delivered to me. Today 15th Dec I received a statement of my account showing that the amount is now on R1100 due to card protection and monthly fees that has been deducted. I feel frustrated to not being assisted on my matter and feel it is highly unprofessional.
