No responce from courier

I places an order online on 26 March 2023. The order was shipped to the courier on the 27th March 2023. I was suppose to receive my order on the 31st. On this day i phoned and was advised the order will be delivered on the 3rd. On the 3rd I followed up and the agents escelated the request to the courier. I am not getting feedback from Mr price regarding my order and the courier is not getting back to the agents assisting the customers. I chose my location for delivery due to the deluvery date now i am not sure what is going to happened to my order because i am not going to be at the location because the order is late its been a week since it was given to the courier
