No refund yet

I am absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the Mr Price group. I made an online purchase on their e-Commerce site and paid for it by means of my credit card. I later cancelled the order after seeing the item in question at one of their stores. They sent me an email as confirmation of cancellation. To date my money has not been refunded to the credit card. How can you charge me for something I never received? This is absolutely disgusting.
