no refund and bad service

<p>On the 13th of July i went to Mr price in sandton bought an item and on the same day returned it the cashier told me the refund would reflect almost immediately but it didnt. On the 18thit still hadnt reflected took another trip to the store to inquire and a very Mudzinga and Mahlasela told me it takes 7 days it is now the 22nd and still no refund of my money but 2 wasted trips to the store to inquire only to be dismissed and told to wait</p>
