No refund after a week!

Made a purchase at the Canal walk store in cape town and the transaction went off twice. its been more than a week now and still nothing in my account. i cant phone them because no one answers their phone. i can call the call center because they just keep cutting the calls, all my calls are recorded as proof. there is no way for me to get hold of anyone. i had to drive all the way too the store for them to tell me i need to continue waiting. i use to love the store but the service is pathetic. i refuse to ever buy here again! because if anything goes wrong i know there is no support!
