No records but a bad paying record for me

I had an account with Mrp and Sheet Street. Both were handed over to Easton Berry Attorneys. I was unemployed and made arrangements to pay. Paid up in January, this month I realised a flag on my account as unpaid. Contacted MRP - No account on their side I should contact EBA Contacted EBA - No account it is handed back to the customer I am so frustrated as not one these enterties wants to give an email or letter to show there is no account.
