NO PRODUCT! NO SERVICE!!! NO HELP!!!

I have made an online order with Mr Price through the App on the 23 of April. The due date for delivery was on the 02nd of May,

Today is the 17th of May! I have called in multiple times WAISTING MY AIRTIME and not one of the people can help me , either they drop the call, tell me to hold on and never come back to me, or they tell me that they will call me back but never do.

No one can tell me where my package is, I spoke to Jessica on the phone and she was incredibly rude saying that someone else is dealing with it, I asked Jessica to please let them update me and call me, more than a week has passed and I have heard nothing!

This is absolutely ridiculous!!! The service is horrible! MR PRICE Should not stand for this!!! I need my package delivered ASAP,
