no positive feedback

I've reported Mr Price for apprehending my 12 year old daughter after accusing her of *****ing. The manager contacted me and all she stated that they have given the staff member in question a written warning. That is all they willing to do however my daughter is traumatized and needs counseling but it seems Mr Price is not worried about my daughter's well being.
