NO passion-NOT guided by value-LACK of partnership

<p>This morning my sister and I, stepped into one of your retail stores( 165 Market Str, Jhb) to do an exchange at 9:05 just to receive an appalling service from a retail assistant. We stand patiently to get assistance, just to be ignored up until we request for assistance just to have Nonkosi Cynthia tell us they havent opened for business, and proceeded with her conversation with her friends(colleagues). As we get the item to walk out they tell us to wait on them to start-up their systems, and we shouldnt be wrathful. My question is why were the doors open if business was not in progress?! Is it because business in other areas commences when it pleases them?! Who governs such mediocre stores?! </p>
