No need to shop at Mr.Price online

I googled for a feather duvet inner and Mr Price popped up with a sale on a duvet inner and i opened it and there was one left so i put it in my cart however at check out it cost the normal price. I went to Mr Price at Garden route mall but no they could not and wanted to not help me so then i phoned Mr Price and was told to email and so i send an email on which the reply was " sorry the sale is over and there are no more" oh yes the answer came after 5 days and i wrote back and said but this is not fair as there was still one and till today NO ANSWER. So why should one buy online if this is how they do business online. If they forgot to take the add off it is not my fault but their fault and so it just gets kicked in under the rug.
