Order online on the 30th August, notification that order was shipped on 1st Sep after that nothing Call centre line is forever busy, due date was set at 7th Sep go to the store in Shallcross met with a miserable disrespectful manager who was of no help. Finally got through to the call centre and et with arrogance from Mohammed based in Durban customer care. Asking question with no answer, no apology, no way of understanding. The items were only received today being 8th and out for delivery to store. Very unprofessional, very frustrating. Knowing it was needed for my daughter's concert today. If a date was give it should be respected or update should be given
