No Loyalty to their loyal customers

It's so irritating to deal with a company that you support so much and they treat you like *******, i have a Mr Price account, I order online because I have the long queues. Everything was OK but this days it's as 8f they don't want to take my order. They pack my order as if the its rubbing.. Everything is just thrown in the bag and they look so ruff as off they are old clothes. They don't even put the slip now im stuck with clothes that i cant return because they don't want the slip from the internet which the emailed to me. It time I pay this people off and close this account. This is the only account I have.. I had game, account, closed them because their interest too much. The store manager in Quagga Mall doesn't want to take the slip from the internet now its my problem to sit with clothes that I can't wear coz they didn't put the slip in my parcel. ‪***‬
