No help Mr Price.

After having had an account with Mr Price for many years, due to financial constraints my account was closed, unbeknownst to me. But this was only done after I paid more than the outstanding amount I owed. In other words I am owed money. After several calls being dropped by Mr Price, I eventually got hold of someone who said I must send an email to reclaim my money. So my account gets closed with put warning me, always first om the line when money is owed but when I want to claim money back there's always a story. I was put through to a dept that was supposed to help and as per usual the call got dropped. Communication is shocking and help even worse. How can it be that difficult to sort out issues?
