NO HELP

Good day to whom this may concern, I just recently purchased from Mr Price online, when I made the payment Mr price had advise its a 78 hour wait for the payment to clear. I then waited a few days and called in last week to query about my order and they asked me to send through proof of payment which I did, after sending proof of payment I had not received any feedback I then followed up with them on the 21/08/2017 and got a response the next day asking for a bank statement,

getting a bank statement means me going into the bank and taking off from work, I now also have to reverse the funds back into my account which cost me R150 which is an unnecessary cost on my side , I spent R370 at Mr Price online for nothing and didn't get my goods and now I have to spend another 150 extra to get the money back into my account this in an unnecessary expense.
