No happy with the communication of the call centre of people of Mr Price 😞

So the Mr Price team neh. They called me up last month to open an account and I agree so we went through the process and it was opened the the next few days a get calls and insurance with them and all I said no am good, then I get a call that my account was approved am happy so I go collect my card and I also get a SIM card without any explanation of what to do with it then I leave, upon leaving I get a call they explain to me about that SIM card and I told them am good all I want is to go into the store buy clothes and pay not interested in anything they have to offer. So fine didn't use the card but am told I have to pay R200 imagine am definitely not happy about that.
