No gifts this mother's day

I am super disappointed with MrP. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 5th, and it’s the 7th today. I called to check, and its not even processed yet. I believe the customer service agent, Jesse, is doing follow ups, but I’m honestly so hurt by the thought that the order may not arrive in time for Mother’s Day. It’s more than just a parcel to me. These are gifts for myself, my mother, and my mother in law whuch was supposed to be a symbol of love on Mothers day .which makes the delay even more upsetting.
