No Feedback on security attack on customer

When my husband and I walked out of the store, the security guard grabbed the parcels and continued searching. When we enquired what she was looking for, she was rude and abusive. The altercation eventually lead to her wanting to physically attack my husband if a staff member (Zinhle) and myself did not intervene. She tore our slips and my little boy's book. The acting manager promised to call back on Monday to provide feedback. No response and the violent security guard was still left to serve customers.
