No feedback on my refund pending

I am extremely unhappy with Mr Price customer services, I made an online purchase and had to cancel it because Mr Price was unable to amend the delivery address. I was advised the refund would be processed in 5-7 working days and this is since the 27th July, I have called to query this and the agents kept insisting that I should check my account the funds had been processed. on another follow up one of the agents advised I should send my bank statement, I have since sent my bank statement and have had no feedback nor an apology of update. I called again and was the refund was re-processed and still no funds have been returned.

I think this is completely unacceptable to be left in limbo like this, and comes as a shock that no one has even taken a moment to address my query.
