no feedback on last review

Dear hellopeter, I have received no feedback since my last review from mr price online. I got a reply where mrp sincerely apologize and someone will contact me, until today no one has contacted me regarding this manner. What's worse I sent my credit card number and ID to them to refund the money owed to me for never receiving this package and yesterday R2300 went off my credit card for an online purchase at Under Armour which wasn't me. I immediately contacted my bank to put my credit card on hold. Mrp is the only people I forwarded my credit card number to refund the money. Now I wonder who made the purchase on my credit card. the bank is investigating but when is mrp sorting me out and now my credit card is on hold due to that purchase.
