This is my second follow-up and a formal complaint.

I did not receive the girl's jogger from my order, and I would like to know how this can be resolved. Should I collect it from the nearest branch, or will it be delivered?

I’m very disappointed that I did not receive any feedback yesterday, especially after logging a request through the app. I would expect that a company of your size has systems in place to track such issues and respond in a timely manner.

Please advise urgently on the next steps, as I would really appreciate this being resolved quickly.
