No Exchange for R2000 items, told its too much, my own money for defects but no returns. Trashy store, service, no exchange, trashy second hand clothing, Stay away from Mr price Especially the one in Cresta.

went to mr price in Cresta to exchange 10 defective items i had bought from them , which were chinos, instead of exchanging i was given the run around, was told the manager is not around and reffered to some idiot called marius who is the risk manager, completely useless manager they wasted an hour to 2 of my time in the store without assisting me ,and i still left teh store without an exchange for defective items that are torn on the same place. Utterly useless store that sells second hand clothing to people and takes people for a ride, all the items are torn at the same place and they refused to do an exchange asking for tags or receipts for clothes that were purchased weeks some 2 months ago or 3. This marius guy showed that he doesnt care about service, didnyt care about listening to me as i had to explain myself more thatn 10 times to him on the same thing. he refused to assist and was told to just dump the clothing in the store , leave them there and he will escalate to the headoffice which has never happened before in my history of buying fro retail stores, he never even gave me a turnaround, was completely disconnected and never even cared even after i told him those clothes are utilised for workpurposes , the staff members could care at all, didint give a damn , for them a customer complain was a parody and i dont blame the,m if their so called leadership behaves the same way, Bull **** store, with bull**** service, and bull **** *********** leadership that has no care for the customers. Marius Moodler was completely useless haven been reffered to him as the cashier, completely disconnected and im surprised with hbis kind of attitute he still works for Mr price. was not even given a receipt of acknowledgement to show they have received the items, was not given any sort of acknowledgement so basically i just dropped R2000 rands of money at mr price ,dont even know who was the cashier she didnt even care to give her name , no one cared, no one showed sympathy, trasy store, employees to so called superiors need training. im surprised a risk manager like Marius who is supposed to mitigate risk and ensure as well that there is no loss of clientele,didnt care at all about the business but his so called opinion.And so i have no clothes for work and my money has gone down Mr price that has cheated me R2000 of my hard earned money in a very tough economy, *******, that ***** from people and sell people defective items that cannot be returned even on proving that it is defective and clearly visible.
