no delivery of items.
/on 15/11/2017 i purchased clothing items online, on Friday 17/11/2017 i received confirmation via email that my package has arrived. i never received my package! i called the sent an email to customer support and i also called them on Friday. they promised to investigate the matter and get back to me. no one got back to me. this is very unprofessional i must say. i would like a refund. i don't want the items anymore. reverse the money into my account please!!
