No delivery/lack of communication & feedback

I strongly suggest that Mr. Price online research with companies such as Zando and Spree as to how one's online shopping experience ought to be.<br> I placed an order on 28/ 02. Firstly, it gives you an option to pay using your cheque card but when you try and do so you're given an error message. When I queried it I was told that I have to select the EFT option. Why have the cheque card option if it doesn't work? When I queried this via their online chat option I was given the same response(select EFT) but no answer to my question.<br> Once the Eft is made, no confirmation of receipt of payment is sent. I called to verify on Monday and was advised that the payment has been received and the I will receive my order by Friday 04/03/2016.<br> I tracked my order online Friday morning and status showed that it has has been out for delivery since Tuesday,I called to query this and was assured that the order will reach me on Friday or Saturday. It is now Monday and I have not received any communication nor have I received my order.<br> All other online shopping sites offer free delivery should you order exceed R250 and delivery within 2 business days. I have paid for delivery and still nothing????
