NO DELIVERY FROM ONLINE SHOPPING!!!!
<p>i am so disappointed in your service as it has been 4 days and my online order has still not been delivered, i ordered with express delivery wich i paid R45 for , i dont know for what reason as i still have not received the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>i want a full refund including the R45 for the poor service cause what i ordered wa meant for chrismas presents but its obvious now i wont received the goods in time absolutely pathetic</p>
i phoned your contact centre as well and spoke to samantha who assured me my order would be delivered but the status online has still not chnaged and i phoned again now and spoke to a denime
i was told that i might only received my delivery by next wednesday and a refund would take evn longer so pathetic i will wait for my order but i will never use your service again
