No delivery for purchase item

Hi <br> I have purchase a order online with Mr Price, the 16th of January 2016. It is already 3 days after the delivery date and not 1 person has phoned me to let me know why my order is late or why it has not been deliverd. I phoned them and asked them where it is, they said they will get back to me, that was 2 days ago.. I send an email yesterday to complain about the poor service and no communication, the lady that emailed me back said that your order has been shipped, so i have emailed her back tellig her it has been more then 7 days , and she had not rep**** to my email..<br> This is unacceptable as i paid for my purchase but not receiving it<br> Please help
