No delivery due to coupon not accepted
I placed an order online over a week ago and used a coupon code that was given to me for free delivery. After I followed this up, I received the response that it has not been delivered as I have short paid the order. The \short paid"on the order was the R45 deliver fee for the coupon code that was given to me. After absolutely no joy or help from any customer service agents and getting accused of actually already using the coupon"
