No delivery despite payment of extra courier fee

<p>I made an order online 6 days ago (order number ********** 33405) and paid for the 1-3 day delivery option. I have received no communication regarding delays or backlogs, however when calling the call centre, I was advised that this could only be delivered next week. This is a violation of the CPA, , as well as the terms and conditions of Mr Price. This was for a birthday, that now unfortunately, I do not have presents for. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not be a returning customer. </p>
