No delivery

Order was shipped as per their email on 2 October. 2 weeks later and 5 phone calls to call Centre totalling 57minutes I still have no order.

Email received says order delivered... Oh really... To who? Agent says they have to investigate... Bottom line... Zero service, don't waste your money.
