No delivery!

On the 23rd of June I ordered items online. I received an confirmation email stating that I will receive my order by latest 2nd of July.

The 24th of July I received an mail that the order have been shipped.

The 3rd of July I called Mr Price to find out where my order is. I was told that it is still at the courier depot and they will instruct them to deliver it today (4th of July).

4th of July still no delivery... I called them again... Just to be told the same!!!
