No Delivery!!!!!

I purchased goods on-line on the 15th July, its been 2 weeks and i am still waiting for it to be delivered. On the 16th July i received an email saying its been shipped, has my order been laying in the back of someones Van for 2 weeks! This is ridiculous, i called the call centre this passed Thursday, the lady assured me it will b delivered on the same day to Vangate Mall Mr Price or the latest the next day! I called yesterday and again some lady told me the same story, its being shipped it will b delivered by end of yesterday n I'm still waiting. I do NOT want the order anymore as i went twice to Vangate Mall n checked if it was there, this is a waste of my time and petrol. I want you to refund me and take the order back, I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DON'T HAVE. Your website clearly states it will take 6 working days for the longest to receive your order and like i said before it was shipped the next day i purchased the goods surely it shouldn't take 2 weeks for the delivery guys to drop it at the store.
