NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - PAID FOR AN ORDER, NOT RECEIVED!

Worst customer service. They have the cheek to charge a delivery fee on ALL orders, whether or not you purchase over a certain limit. You even pay when you collect, LOL. But the best part is, I ordered on a Monday, ETA promised within 5 business days, and considering I needed it for the weekend, I went ahead and paid the delivery fee. It's Friday night and my order hasn't even been packed yet. I sent several emails to MR Price for assistance, just to be IGNORED. You'd think they don't care if people stop buying, like they believe their business wouldn't go to **** if they keep up the horrific service
