No customer service and Don't obey Covid rules

Worst experience ever.I walked into that shopping outlet, from the onset,the ventilation was very poor,no social distancing, customer service very poor.The store was packed, there's a security at the door who's only concerned about the exit paper bags, doesn't really care about controlling the movement inside,like limiting how many people should go Inside.Im really really disappointed especially with the Fourth wave descending on us like that.We are not safe
